Our family farm is located in the heart of nature, where we cultivate over 6,000 Haskap bushes – the Siberian blueberry known for its strong antioxidant properties and rich, tart-sweet taste. Haskap ripens early, already in May and June, which often makes us the first harvesters of the season.
Harvesting is done by hand to carefully select the berries and preserve their nutritional properties. From the very start, it’s a race against time – the freshly picked berries are immediately cooled in our eco-certified cold storage and prepared for processing.
We are particularly proud of our craft fruit processing facility. It is not an industrial line, but a place where every step is carried out carefully and with love. After washing and crushing, the fruit is cold-pressed to preserve all nutrients. We add no sugar, water, or preservatives. Just fruit – nothing else.
This way, we obtain 100% pure Haskap juice, rich in natural vitamins, minerals, and a flavor that speaks for itself. Every bottle is the result of careful work, natural processes, and a desire to offer people a product that truly benefits their health.
In addition to juice, we produce other Haskap products: jams, dried berries, and fruit powders. Through contract processing, we also offer other family farms and hobbyists the opportunity to turn their fruit into juice, jam, or dried fruit, following professional processing and eco standards.
Local production is not just a matter of taste – it’s also about trust.
